Are all the items in stock? We try to keep the website up to date, however, due to the fact our toys are all unique, handcrafted items, it is possible it could sometimes be difficult for the craftspeople to keep up with demand, so occasionally things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to cancel your order, choose an alternative item or we can back order your item and notify you when it is available. In some cases, because of the unique and individual nature if our products, the particular pattern or fabric may have sold out. These items will be marked as such. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in stock will be dispatched to you.
Gift wrap and Mailing directly to another address.
Play House Toys offers a free gift wrapping service to our customers. Simply let us know the name, age and address of the recipient and we will gift wrap the item and complete a card with a message from you. If items are to be sent to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address, as this keeps things simple.
Postage and Handling We use Australia Post Parcel Post for deliveries. The postage and handling fee has been included in the price of the item, there are no additional costs for this service. If for some reason additional postage charges are required, we will contact you with the cost of the charges before dispatch.
Refunds and Exchanges We offer a no questions asked refund policy because we understand that shopping on-line is different from shopping in a conventional store. Our products are of the highest quality, however if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and provided the item/s are returned to us in as new, undamaged, saleable condition, we will happily refund your money.
PLEASE NOTE Postage/shipping charges are NOT refundable and the cost of return freight is the customers responsibility.
